Hi! My Name is Dakota. I’m your next remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. I started my Real Estate career in 2017. I worked at a highly successful brokerage, obtained my license, but always remained dedicated to Transaction Coordinating. It’s something I excel at and it’s something I have always loved doing. I have closed out over 500 transactions seamlessly, professionally, & most of all – with excellent customer service. Paperwork is my thing, let me take it off your agenda & add it to mine.

YOu sell Homes - i do Everything behind the scenes
I make sure you have all the paperwork needed for a board audit. I will also make sure it's completely/accurately filled out & executed. I will be the liaison between you, the opposing agent, the title company/attorney, the lender, and the client. Pertinent dates will be met and kept track of.
MLS Listings?
Let me handle them too. I will enter all info/pictures into the MLS & write up all listing paperwork needed.
